How did we get into this?

We've talked a lot about it, trying to remember just how it was we started looking for a trailer... I'm pretty sure it was the notion that if we found one, we could fix it up and take it to my art shows out of town, in order to cut out the hotel expenses on the road. 
We both love 'old' things, so the idea of getting an older one seemed like a good idea. Sure, why not?
A little over a year later, we have four five vintage campers.
We have considered starting a blog for some time, to keep track of our progress as we set out to restore our trailers, and hopefully to reassure our family and friends that we are not, in fact, crazy.
So please join us in our journey as we set out to return these hunks of aluminum on wheels back to their former glory. It's going to be a long road!
